Just try to relax. Answer questions clearly and truthfully. Don't just tell the interviewer what you think she wants to hear. Try not to give overly cliche answers if you can avoid it. I'm not sure exactly what you're interviewing for (admission, scholarship, etc) but the point of any interview is generally to get a better idea of who the candidate is as a person. Think about your goals, what you've already learned in life and how it can help you, and what makes you who you are.
