How could you forget Donkey Kong?

I'd go with Namco. They still put out awesome arcade games too, Tekken Tag 2 is amazing.

I think if I had to go with one particularly favorite arcade developer it would be 90s Capcom. Sega had some awesome titles too, and Cave is the best one for shmups.
