Total War.
You manage an entire empire of towns, cities, etc.
You make troops, you have Captains and generals, you can get them to fight instead of doing the fight your self.
You can make alliances, manage foreign relations, etc. Assassins can kill leaders of different nations, etc. Spying.
Basically, the whole package.
Only problem that you might have is that the game takes a lot of skill. It's not your usual strategy game.
I was thinking of getting total war: Empire, but I decided I while ago that I will be getting Total War: Rome II; it looks amazing!
Here's my position on it:
I thought that Rome Total War was incredible. I thought that Empire Total War made RTW look like a push over.
Rome 2 Total War makes me think of Empire and the first RTW as being disgusting. That's how great it's going to be.
Another problem is that my PC isn't good enough for it.
I assume you're suggesting that I should buy Rome.
I think it'd be cheaper if you got it from Amazon, rather than on Steam, but both of them are fairly reasonable prices.
If you've never played Total War, then you should get Rome. You'll need the practice.
