I was just browsing the internet, when all of a sudden the computer shuts down. It restarts and gives me a message to start windows normally. This has happened every once in a while, I thought nothing of it. I clicked start normally, it starts turning on for a bit, then suddenly restarts again, halfway through the boot up process. It gives me the option the restore the computer to the last time it worked, or to start normally. I press restore, begins restoration process, and then suddenly restarts. I press start windows normally, starts boot up process, suddenly restarts. I manually shut down the pc, and turn it on again, and keeps on beginning boot up process and restarting. I seem to be in a infinite restart and boot up process. How do I fix it? Please help.

Somebody showed me the Scarab Gun in Halo 2 once.
I was like WHOA DUDE, WHOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAA
Then I sorta blanked out in a red haze and when I came to, everyone was dead.

Sounds similar to what happened when the power supply in my desktop died. Is this a desktop with the PSU mounted on the bottom of the case?
