Do you have a YouTube channel with video reviews? They're really well written, and you seem really honest. I'd recommend investing in an HD-PVR and a microphone, might work out well for you.
Sadly I do not have Video Reviews. I would really love to get into that! But I lack video capture software, a good HD camera, and editing knowledge.
You don't need or want an HD camera for game reviews, you could get a Hauppauge HD PVR for around 150 bucks, and that's pretty much the highest quality recording you'll find on the Xbox 360. The capture software is really easy to use and usually pretty cheap, I'm pretty sure the PVR comes with a capture software and I know that El Gato has a software for recording on Mac. For PC there are a number of different softwares you can use to record your computer screen, and they're typically pretty easy to use. If you want I can take some time out and edit for you, I'm pretty decent at it. Oh, and if you're going to get a microphone I'd recommend the Blue Snowball ICE, it's 60 bucks and super crisp. I recommend the ICE because it's way cheaper and the only drawback is that it records Cardioid, which is typically the audio in a video review regardless.
Hmm. I can certainly accumulate this over time. I also hear of the Roxio Pro HD; I could hook it up to my PS3 or 360 to get game footage.
The Roxio is pretty good but the Hauppauge is better by a long shot.

I can attest to it's awesomeness. In fact I gave out a copy to someone today because I want everyone to experience it.

It's a fantastic game. One that deserves a lot more fame. One of the best RTSs of the last decade. A very story driven campaign, you grow attached to the characters.

I wish there was a Sequel.

World in Conflict is definitely my favorite of the "Commando-style" RTS games where you don't build bases and every mission is more like the Commando missions in normal RTS games. Less units but more tactics

Also, the game is beautiful.

Talking about Sweden is an ultrabannable offense.

Too bad being completely and utterly wrong isn't a bannable offense.

I know this is off-topic but how did the IGN thing go?
No news yet. There is usually a deadline for these things. So maybe when that has been reached... I give myself a .01% chance of getting that job, so I am taking this about as seriously as Stephen Colbert running for president.

Good luck Brute. Hope you get the job.

OT: Interesting review.

I wish I could enter that giveaway but I don't have a gaming PC.
:(
My computer is from 2009 and has integrated graphics and can play it very well on low settings.

I honestly wished they had expanded on the whole culture thing though. The whole portable CD player being a plot point was awesome, and I wanted to see more of that kind of stuff in one of these invasion stories.

Definitely one of my favourite RTS games.

Brute, if you like World in Conflict I have two games you should check out: Company of Heroes and Wargame: European Escalation.

It's quite possibly the most brutal and realistic modern war RTS you can find.

The AI will -blam!- on you repeatedly.

Wargame is tough, and WiC spoiled me to Fire support.

Though I know a good group of guys who play it brute, if you want to join with them.

Wargame wasn't my cup of tea.

I haven't really gotten into Wargame. My computer can run it, but...

Have you ever played Arma 2 on the lowest possible settings? Yeah.

I have, and it actually runs worse on my computer. More processor performance hits than GPU.

This game is like, 5 years old now guys... Hardly anyone plays it online now, which is where it really is fun. I loved it back then.

Indeed. The only real way to get online working is to set up your own game with friends.
