...someone reports a post by accident? I mean accidentally hitting "OK" at the confirmation message.

Then the post is reported. I doubt there would be any serious consequence if the post didn't violate any rules. Don't worry, OP.

This. The reported poster isn't going to receive any auto-ban or anything like that, and I don't even know if the mods look at every single post that is reported. I guess they check the ones that get lots of reports, and that happening accidentally is pretty unlikely.

It takes a certain amount of reports before it lands in the moderation queue. So don't worry if you accidently report someone.

Bungie doesn't like French on their site.

I've done that before. I feel silly when I do.

If you post by accident, you can edit your post to say "Please lock" and say "wrong forum" in the body if you are indeed in the wrong forum. You can just edit your post to make correct for that forum as well. I'd be quick about it though.

I think I've done it a few times in the past myself.

I think you misread what the OP said lol, he's not talking about posting by accident, he's talking about REPORTING by accident ;)

Exactly. Pretty sure whoever received that report would've ignored it by now. The post didn't break the Code of Conduct.

And so the war of Gods and Demons shall begin. Tomorrow will end with your heart in my hand!

Love ya! =3

The mods get annoyed by the mis-use of the report button and hunt down the offender. Once found they beat them with a wet noodle until they say that they are sorry.
