Subject: A movie based on a book you'd like to see

The Farseer Trilogy made into films that didn't disappoint would be so awesome.

Funny story.

Asimov's Foundation.

Anything by Asimov, really. But only if they do a good job. I, Robot was pretty decent, but I worry about movie adaptations of really old sci-fi books nowadays
I didn't like I Robot. It sacrificed a good plot for action scenes, it ruined the story by creating a "robots rise against humans" trope.

Currently studying Computer Science & Software engineering. Hope to work on mobile devices of the future! When a certain game's credits roll, look out for my name! ;)

You will -blam!- bricks when you see what game it is! =)

'Rage' by Mathew Costello. Oh that would be the greatest movie ever!

Remember those times when we all had something better to be doing, but didn't do it? Those were good times. Gooood times

I think a book i recently read called No Safety in Numbers would make a fantastic movie if done right. And it wouldn't be too hard to cast as long as the characters look like high school sophomores and juniors.

The Wonderful LeSieg!

If you want to see a Catcher in the Rye movie you completely ruin the spirit of the book and have no understanding of Salinger.

Maximum Ride.

As for the cast, I don't really know except for Dustin Hoffman playing Jeb.

That comes out next year, can't wait.

As well as something from Dead Space, or even Fallout.

As I said, it would be quite ironic, but it wouldn't completely ruin the spirit of the book. Obviously, whoever played Holden would have to do a fair amount of narration, though.

I think Game Of Thrones and The Walking Dead has taught us all that movie adaptations are an absolute disservice to any book.

Make it a series(or mini-series if it's a single book). Take the time to do it right. Everyone will be happier at the end.

I am a monument to all your sins

Artimus Fowl comes to mind. I liked those books a lot when I was younger. Ender's game also, but they're already making it.

Both of those are TV shows, not movies, and I actually prefer the Walking dead TV series to what little I've read of the comics. And Game of Thrones is immensely popular, although I can't speak for that as I've never read the books or watched the show. You don't speak for everyone so don't pretend to.

You look around. You fire your weapon before you realize.
Its just me. I fall and you walk up. You cry why.
When i pop up. You look at me in wonder. I say,"ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL."
You bend to my will and go to a cliff, walk off, and fall.
The last thing you hear is me stating as fact,"All will fail the battle of life, you just went early"

The whole Maze Runner series.
