Subject: Is it bad to change my personality to reflect a fictional character?

My legit Killtrocity

Camping like a 'mouth breather'
If Fed Ex and UPS merged into one company, would it be called Fed Up?

I don't want to start another account for a digital number that has no true value in ten years.

This thread would have appealed to me more if it was written with crayons.

I broke one of the cords for my X11s because I couldn't get past the final American course in Doritos Crash Course.

Bring that fictional character to life!.....you weirdo.

I'll bring the tritium laser cutters if you bring the beer!

Funny story.

Is that character bad?

"Halo! Its divine wind will rush through the stars, propelling all who are worthy along the path to salvation."

Do what you must, but heed my words mortal, this be a risky yet odd move in thy part.

"Banhammer" - Post anything in the Waypoint forums -50g

OT:
No it's not

BNet, the only vidya game forum where sigs are pointless.

Depends. Are you going to adopt traits like exuding confidence or traits like adding "-san" to the end of everyone's name?

  • 12.22.2012 11:48 AM PDT

Congratulations. You're literate!

What character?

I wouldn't "change" my personality so much as just "shift" it, to become a bit more similar to the character. So I guess, both kinds of traits.

Are you trying to sound sophisticated? Because I'm not sure that not conjugating your verbs is the way to go.

Eh, I got so into Mass Effect that I started to act like Mordin, but, after a while, I started acting "normal" again.

If the Character is fictional, it's very sad.
If the person is non-fictional, it is creepy.

For example, I'm a very sarcastic person, and I have very distinct phrases that it seemed only I used. My friend liked this girl for a while, and then me and the girl started dating. My friend decided he was hopeless, and decided to take up sarcasm and was basically reciting words and phrases I used. It... was really creepy.
It got to the stage where I couldn't tell my jokes to new people I meet because they would think I stole my friends joke. Absolutely disgusting.

Do you know what a role model is?

I persist too long after my own defeat,
Yet I still press forward, staggering on my feet.
But I know that my resolution will be my end.
And once I fall, I shall ruefully transcend.

The most recent brevet mutation was responsible for this travesty.

What art these verbs you speak of? And no, Thor needs not to be sophisticated for he is not the God of Fanciness but of Thunder and Lightning.

A competitive players main goal is to win.
A casuals main goal is to have fun regardless of whether that results in a win or loss.
It has nothing to do with individual skill or knowledge, it has to do with the reason you play.

Having a role model doesn't mean you have to change your personality or appearance to be like him. You can look up to person and respect him and still be yourself

Changing personality, is it even possible?

I am a monument to all your sins

yes, it shows a lack of self-esteem and emotional maturity.

There's a “U” and “I” in union but just an “I” in my beliefs

No, I like to pretend I'm different Batman characters at times.
