No thought required, just spawn and GOOOOOOOOOOO
0/10, but I'm actually going to be constructive. For reference, I own and have played EVERY zelda title on their original consoles.
Controls
The controls are silly, but they actually offered something new, instead of just mashing A, you actually have to find the enemies weakness, which mixes up combat. The controls have always been perfectly responsive for me, so I assume people who have a problem with that just swing the wiimote too fast.
Voice Acting
Voice Acting in JRPGs is a bad thing. JRPGs just are NOT meant to have voice acting. It halts the game to a crawl, and overall just waters down the whole fantasy aspect. Keep in mind that in Zelda lore, nobody actually speaks english. They speak "old Hylian" and "New Hylian" depending on what game you play. Putting in voice acting wouldn't make sense, because language barriers are actually a part of some of the games.
Plot makes no sense
It made perfect sense to me, actually. It was an origin story... and it answered a LOT of questions people have had for the past 25 years... I really don't have anything constructive to say other than "No you're actually wrong."
Villan is androgynous
This comes with it being a JRPG. American protagonists all look identical. At least Ghirahim has character and a proper look to fit it. I played and own most of the Final Fantasy games too... he doesn't really resemble ANYONE from Final Fantasy except MAYBE Kefka from FFVI for the SNES.
