So, I've been getting into producing club/progressive house music, because dubstep and DNB is getting boring to me. But my tracks are missing something and it's vocals. But I don't know how to go about that. Would I create the song, and then approach someone to sing over it? Would i record a vocal track and then create a melody over it, or would i get someone to write lyrics, create the track, and then record over it? What would be the easiest solution?

All of those options would work just fine. Produce a track and have a vocalist see if it inspires their lyrics. If it doesn't, have them come up with their end and see if it inspires you.
