In my area, the snow has been melting like crazy. We got a ton of it early on, but then it started melting. Just a week ago, we had a snowstorm that dropped about a foot. Now we're down to an inch or so where the snow has been untouched.
Anyways, my point is that the water hasn't been able to drain, due to the snow on the ground. And when it can't drain, it can't leave. Ergo, by the time the day ends (and the temperature drops), water is all over the porch and driveway, causing major ice.
I've almost slipped more than a few times. Does anybody else have this problem?
