"It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me"

- Batman

Oh and I still haven't seen Life of Pi and Les Miserables, so my choice might change.

@accordingto343

Your one stop shop for all of 343's fabulous errors and ridiculous notions in the Halo lore.

The Hobbit was a pretty fun film to see, I'm not even much of a Lord of the Rings fan and I still enjoyed it.

  • 12.23.2012 2:28 PM PDT

The Dark Knight Rises, of course.

My favorite movies (no particular order)

- The Avengers
- The Dark Knight Rises
- Lincoln
- The Grey
- Skyfall
- Prometheus

Lincoln had superb acting and Daniel Day-Lewis was perfect for Lincoln. The Grey was freakin awesome and had a boss ending. Avengers and Dark Knight were great movies, but Batman was so much better, and Skyfall was Skyfall. Also Prometheus was sooooo beautiful and I loved the soundtrack.

In memory of those fallen in the defense of Earth and her colonies.

March 3, 2553

Skyfall was great - haven't seen the hobbit yet.

Halo 2, you will be missed 2004-2010
Join teh Floodian resistance!

The Hobbit by far, The Dark Knight Rises comes in at a very, very close second. Then looper.

Red Dawn. I haven't laughed that hard at a movie in ages. So cheesey and terrible in the best way possible.

Corn, Oil, and Wine... We need more wine...

The Awakening.

No, not Underworld: Awakening, that movie was terrible.

I acknowledge my user name is stupid. However, I promise I'm not.

Disclaimer: The latter is a lie.

The Dark Knight Rises. For originality, however, I would go with Looper. Cillian Murphy in Red Lights deserves a shout.

Django Unchained hasn't come out yet...

  • 12.23.2012 9:15 PM PDT

Easily The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

  • 12.23.2012 9:20 PM PDT

I watched the two Madoka movies at a small Art Cinema last night. I go to Comic-Con every year, but that was even more awkward and embarrassing than that. It got really hot and sweaty and there were a lot of nerds in fedoras with manga and plushies and whatnot.

Why am I mentioning that? Not because the movies were really good (they were okay), but because I want to warn everyone to never go see anime movies late at night near the ghetto in a small theater.

My favorite was probably The Dark Knight Rises. I didn't see a lot in theaters this year though. Arrietty and the Avengers were good too.

I thought that the Hobbit was pretty good.

If we disagree, it's nothing personal, opinions are opinions.
Antagonizing me to build a false sense of worth is so damn cute.

Brighten your day with science.

TDKR or Avengers.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

That I've seen? The Avengers.
That I've heard of? The Hobbit.

Argo. Anyone who's seen it saying anything else is a poopy head. Fact.

What a waste....

Have yet to see the Hobbit or Le Mis, so I'll see how those go.

In terms of films, there were a few big hitters but honestly not all that many.

Avengers was good, as was Prometheus and TDKR. Of those I'd say TDKR was the best. I didn't really see all that many movies this year, but I want to see Argo.

What house has a rocket pod, has legs, and has a long narrow barrel that probably shoots something powerful?

Sounds like you're describing the lower half of my body, actually.

The Avengers.
