It's only poisonous, generally speaking, in detectable concentrations. Unless you can smell the tang of ozone, you aren't being hurt. And low-grade exposure isn't a particularly harmful thing, unless done over very long periods of time.
Now, if you are getting headaches when you are using the stuff, then I strongly recommend you stop using it, and see a doctor. The stuff can damage lungs.
Yikes. And yeah, I could always smell the metallic smell when it was on. :S
Not good, but not fatal. Just don't do it anymore.
