Metal breakfast.

Hopefully an Audi A4 but I wouldn't mind a new Toyota Camry either.

A Prius would be very nice.

Why? If you're going to buy a Prius you may as well get a Tesla Model S.

Bentlys, and Rolls have always been meh to me. I don't really see the point in paying all that money when you can have many good cars for the same price.

While a Tesla would be awesome, the limitation of miles on a purely electric vehicle (Tesla is full electric, right?) won't work with my current situation and I also can't ever imagine, nor can I afford spending $50,000 or more on a vehicle. Especially when I can get a used Prius for fairly cheap.
Though if it could be any car I wanted, it would probably be a Tesla.

I want to win big in a couple races I'm participating in locally (10 races, prizes total to around 80g) and get an M5, I should be able to get it fully paid off right there if I trade my M3 and use the prize money

Do you have a job in the auto industry, because if not you really should.
Nah I've thought about going into it but I'm not sure what I would want to do.

You poor working-class fuckers I'm getting a Porsche.
Already have one.

Well considering how I've never seen you make a thread on a different subject it's clear that cars are what you're really passionate about and you should try to make a living involving that somehow.

On topic, I drive an 05 Infiniti G35 that my parents bought me so once I'm out of college I'm going to probably stick with that car for a while or else I'd probably have to downgrade. And there are about 5 maseratis that I always see on campus that I would love to take for a joy ride.

Very boring to drive but also very low maintenance which is a plus considering all the trouble my current car's been giving me.

Get a Mazda 3 or Focus, or Fiesta. They're pretty low maintenance and much better to drive.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

That implies you already have a car, but I would like my first one to be the cheapest possible street-legal vehicle that can successfully function for at least a couple years.
This is one of the cheaper cars I've found online.

Of course I'd buy a better car after a while, but this for starters. Probably a Chevy pickup truck.

trust me, if you live up north like I do, these things are a dream on icy roads, have never seen or had mine spin out on snowy roads. but either way the tank can get you from Kitchener-Waterloo to Toronto (both in Ontario) on a half of a tank and it'll only cost you $20 to do so.

My current car is a RWD but thankfully I haven't had to drive on snowy or icy conditions very much yet. An AWD would be preferable though especially in the Northeast.

no worries man, fiestas have so many options, yoou can have your AWD, and Manual if you want. the things are just lovely once you convert the engine to a Focus'

I just realized I'm posting like a generic car salesman... I need to stop doing that...

Tesla vehicles are completely electric, with a range of 300 miles on a full charge. The cost of the car practically pays for itself due to savings on gasoline (however it would take a couple years for the savings to even out). Maybe it's just me, but I find it disappointing that not only is the Prius a hybrid, but it is ugly. It wouldn't be too difficult for Toyota to replace the engine (and thus much of the drivetrain) with batteries, as well as make it at least somewhat sleek and stylish.

Impreza's aren't bad, (hell I have a WRX STI in my garage now) but you need to put a little work into them to be really fun to drive

I driven a WRX but not a standard one so I don't know the diff, but I can see that a base one wouldn't be as fun as a WRX.

yeah dude, it is a fair difference IMO, you don't really get much of a sense of speed in the stock, it feels a little like driving a cloud, if that makes sense... It almost responds too quickly for how sloow it moves for me.

See, I want an electric vehicle. Though right now I travel right over 300 miles in one trip each month. Also, it would take literally decades for the saving on gas the cover the expense of a $50,000-$80,000+ car. I don't mind the appearance of the Prius, though it could be much better. I just need to drive my Buick until it won't drive anymore, and then get a very fuel efficient vehicle such as the Prius. In my dreams I would get a Tesla, but it's just not reality unless I became very wealthy somehow.
