He who wishes for peace must first prepare for war.

I can't take it anymore. My lower back has been killing me all day ever since I got sick, and it won't stop hurting.

I need some support, some back up. What should I do?

Does anyone have lotion?
*Raises hand*
Is mayonnaise a lotion?

You do indeed need some support to make your back go back up.

Dohohoho

Perform self surgery in your garage! You got all the tools you need right there!

I'm not sure what you're looking for.

relevent: put some ben-blam!- on it, that usually reduces some the soreness/pain

See a psychololgist.

I think that should work. Thanks for the suggestion. I need a psychologist really bad.

BTW Elites rule!

And I am probably just trolling you right now....especially if it is a controversial thread

Well, from taking pain advice from the National Hemophilia Foundation for years, you have a few options that I have used that kind of do work: see a doctor, get prescribed something, self hypnotize yourself, yoga, and/or acupuncture.
As a side note, self hypnotizing is actually very affective.

My mind is too strong for hypnosis.

So, you can't just drift off into your thoughts deeply by yourself?

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

1. Get someone to try and massage your lower back
2. Some aspirin
3. Maybe some sleep will help
4. One of those inversion tables
This is what I could think of that might help. Good luck.

I've already done the sleep, but I had to vomit again so I found it hard to rest. And I don't feel like running to the store to grab some aspirin.

I might just get someone to massage my back. I've been doing all the work around the house anyway, since my dad's gone. I shouldn't have to ask for one. I'm going to get my sister to do it.
