Probably would have last quite awhile despite its poor economy, just think of it as the German version of the Great Depression.
It would have last long enough to become a super power that rivals America. They got over that. During the depression, about a quarter of the population in the US was unemployed. In Germany? About half. If you thought the inflation in the US was bad, Germany went through the worst hyperinflation the world has ever known. Many burned their money and just traded valuables for other things. They even used ciggarettes since they had more value than millions of marks.
Hitler turned the worst economy ever, to one of the top superpowers. Although I see what you are trying to get at. I feel Hitler will continue to attempt to solve the problem by continuing to build up his forces.
He passed laws that encouraged marriage, and for the families to have multiple children. They were already getting indoctrinated into the Hitler youth program, so his people were basically being trained from the start! After the wife had 3-4 children, he wanted the husband to go out and mate with another female for more children under the Reich.
Hitler's Germany isn't anything we have today.
Just wanting to make sure you aren't mistaking 1922's Hyperinflation with the Great Depression that occured. Hitler wasn't on the political stage at the time of Hyperinflation, but he was during the great depression. Also it was Stresseman who caused the country to recover from hyperinflation.
