There are a few places (the uk for example) that have a symbolic monarchy that has no power, but is there any where that still has their King/queen as the leader of the country.

The UK is the closest thing I know of.

Now get in the van.

The Black Chapter

Some African countries of no real value might do I think, but I'm really not that invested in the question so I'm not going to do the legwork.
Also thought Luxembourg was more Monarchy-y than others

I think there are may be more, I did a google search, and I didn't get much other than 'there are 32 monarchies left in the world' although that may include partial monarchies, like the Uk's.

Tailand I think, if you speak bad about the king you get put in jail, or is it Taiwan? The one off the coast of China.

lolno.

Thailand is similar to the United Kingdom. Taiwan is a republic.

But you're right any dissent towards the king is intolerable.

But they're not in charge of us, the prime minister is, although that may just be the queen not exercising her power.

I doubt that the queen really would deny a law being passed unless it was handing over full control to the prime minister (making him a dictator) so it isn't really that much power.

She can also dissolve governments not only in the UK but in 15 other countries.

Yes it is but if called upon she can dissolve the governments.

She did it in Australia which proven controversial that a foreign power took control of the country until the PM's where elected.

She almost had to intervene with Papa New Genia

I'm pretty sure the Queen can have more power over the PM.
