The X chromosome is not inherently female. It is essentially just a molecule.
Having two X chromosomes makes you female, having one X and one Y makes you male.
Your argument has flaws... But having just one X chromosome makes you female!
-blam!-. I forgot about that, I had to go look it up again. What you describe is called Turner Syndrome where one X chromosome is missing. It is a genetic disorder nothing more.
It doesn't mean that having one X and one Y means that you are part female. It just means that when an X is on its own or in XX form it results in female, and XY form results in male.
You can't apply gender to a molecule.
