There is a console that sends the games to the controller, unlike a hand held.

The WiiU has that ability. In fact, it's one of the abilities they market. The WiiU is also a rather small device.

My console can be plugged in anywhere, and it does not use a TV.

The Wii doesn't need a TV. I could do what you're saying with this console.

My console can connect to the internet in any semi strong hotspot, and will sport extreme anti viral and hacking software to protect it from outside threat.

1.Small to medium size, similar to an average laptop. Will fit into a backpack nicely.

2.I would include an integrated battery, but the console would cost way too much if I added a comperable battery.

3.The cord that connects the console will be long, flat, and short in height to make things easier to carry.

4.The controller will be the same size as the wii u's with a similarly sized screen. Both the console and controller will be as light and comfortable as possible.

2.

Honestly I don't see how this is different from a gaming laptop other than it being more of a hassle and not being able to do nearly as much.

cheaper.

How so you are describing a pretty expensive piece of hardware if you really want it to do all that you have stated?

This would be in the future where hard ware is cheaper.

Agreed.

If it is similar to the size of an average laptop, then why not just get a gaming laptop? The only thing a gaming laptop doesn't have that your console does, is a controller with a screen. But you have the screen of the laptop, which is obviously superior to the screen on any controller.

Maybe buy a mouse and pad and that's about it for the laptop and it becomes essentially the same thing as your console idea but without the extra weight of a controller.

Don't forget the lack of jackability.

Then there's the fact that... omg, it's also your PC!

Please by that time there will already be something better out there. When talking about hardware and ideas like this you can only really talk about the present. In which case this idea doesn't have much of a market and would be too expensive.
