I used to get furious over it, but I learned that much like death and taxes, it's the way things are. I still find that it is legitimate to complain (in a civil manner) about the spawns of certain games/maps so that they may be fixed, but I won't give freshly-spawned opponents any mercy, and I don't expect any from them. Spawn trapping is a little cheap, but as others have said, it is the fault of the players on the receiving end (with exceptions, of course). It's one of the few instances where I think players are perfectly justified to rage quit.
Oh, and something that nobody seems to talk about is reverse spawn killing. Often players spawn in an advantageous position to kill another player, but once again, it's just an inevitability.
