Subject: Black Santa Doesn't Make Sense.

There is a certain point of tolerance that should never be reached.

First off, get your facts straight now, no racism, not today.

Ever seen a black Santa Claus? I don't condemn people for doing it, but how exactly does it make sense?

This is like white Jesus as opposed to the actual tan Jesus.

Why do we change people's ethnicity to our own?

Are we projecting?

I hate MLP. It is cancerous and pretty stupid to see men watching a show for girls. They can deny the truth but the truth shall prevail!

What if he is actually Native American?

A black person living really far north 1200 odd years ago?

Kinda out there, right?

I don't know, but why does he need to be black?

My Brother-in-law is black, and he thinks black Santa is funny.

How does a Native American wind up at the North Pole 1200 years ago?

Again, I'm not saying it's wrong, but it doesn't make any sense for him to be anything but super pale.

He's adopted, like buddy the elf!

Also, He's from the North Pole! That's why his rhymes are so cold!(Related to both santa and black people)

He lives in the North Pole and he is magical. Therefore he wouldn't need the extra menalin. If he is natively North Pole which is stupid because no one natively lives there unless they move there, then that doesn't make sense that he should be black. Unless you're saying that a non-existent dude emmigrated to the North Pole and randomly became magical for no reason at all. Otherwise he must be white. I meant non-existent but he would still theoretically be white anyway.

Also Jesus would be Asian not American like in Family Guy. He would have brown skin and he would speak Arabic. Think of it as kind of like the Bible translating his Arabic into Latin and then into English and adding magic to it to make it more whimsical poetic and metaphorical for the sake of the context of the metaphor of the Bible. In reality he would've been Asian but the Bible would say that he is white because way back then it would have been unnaceptable to be non-white because it was a different time back then when people were less accepting. Regardless of whatever religion says, Jesus would really have been Asian but we project because we like to relate to him so we make him look like us.

Let's say Santa originated in Africa...

Wouldn't it be weird if he were anything but black?

He's magical therefore he wouldn't have originated from anywhere but North Pole else people would really have been living there rather than move to there. Therefore he cannot have originated from Africa unlike Humans. Also he doesn't exist, so who cares?

If I remember rightly saint nicholas was Turkish, therefore santa should be tan.

Is that wrong? By projecting a white Jesus, are we perpetuating the idea that certain races are better than others, or that the race of somebody matters.

Obviously, some people think so, otherwise Jesus wouldn't be white...

Never could figure out where he came from, but my theory does state that he should look like a person from the region he is from.

He did exist, he was Saint nicholas. however he died in the 4th century, and gave money to poor families by dropping it through the chimney, in dremas, part of modern day turkey.

Yeah, why can't we all bind our ideas tightly to their race and not change it at all?

I mean, a man who rides a flying sleigh pulled by deer makes sense, because sleighs and deer are both extremely aerodynamic. An overweight man fitting down the chimney without an embarrassing call to the fire department asking them to bring hydraulic cutting tools also makes sense, because chimneys are notoriously wide entry points, as opposed to the door or even the skylight.

But making him black? Now you're just being silly.

Sure Saint Nicholas was real but Santa Claus who was based off Saint Nicholas who could fly sleighs and junk isn't.

He's not trolling, he's making a point about your obvious racism. You're willingly ignoring all the implausibilities he mentioned but Santa being black is a big no-no to you.

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

Must there be realism in everything?

I mean, there really is't anything left that's authentic to any of the original holidays the Christmas is based off of.

Who cares if we stray a bit further?
