Story

Did they decide they had too many subscribers? Well, problem solved!

Seriously though, what a bunch of idiots. Wonder how many of those are cops or prosecutors. I hope this newspaper gets cleaned out.

The gun nuts don't read newspapers. The paper will be fine.

  • 12.25.2012 4:50 PM PDT

Everyone can get that sort of information... the newspaper just happened to publish some of it.

Lets just post all of the addresses, and the criminals surely won't try and steal the weapons.

A real test of a man is if he is willing to scrape a sharpened razor up and down his junk just to please a woman.

Didn't NY put in some sort of ban to large sodas as well?

Why would they steal the weapons when they can just get them easily from a private seller? 40% of all gun sales are through private sellers, requiring no background checks or anything.

Yes, but that is totally unconnected.

I think it would be smarter to steal form the houses that don't have weapons. After all, home security seems to be one of the main reasons people have guns in the first place, I don't see how owning one would make you more likely to get robbed.

All they did was stop the sale of single serving drinks above 16 fluid ounces at restaurants, movie theaters, etc.

You can still buy a 2 liter bottle of coke and drink it walking down the street.

Only those that were after the guns specifically. Case the house, break in when nobodies home. If they can steal the guns, great. If they can't(gun safe), oh well. Most criminals would avoid them though.

Jew York is a nasty place to live, only evil men would do such a thing.

Estne volumen in toga an solum tibi libet me videre?

Nothing suits me like a suit.

Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.

Regardless that is is all probably public information anyways, I don't think there is a reason to do this. I mean, publish the map, but don't make the addresses available!

  • 12.25.2012 5:10 PM PDT

That's ridiculous. Just because it's legal for them to obtain that information and put it out there doesn't mean they should publish it to everyone, even including actual addresses... I would certainly cancel my subscription and try to get that taken down.

Funny that the 2nd Amendment advocates don't like it when someone uses the 1st Amendment.

What do you think the The Journal would say if one of those permit holders was a woman hiding from an abusive ex. Oops?
