Halo 3

What do you do on Christmas day? What marks this day as such a special holiday? Or is it everything that leads up to the day?

My sister visited her friend's to experience Christmas for her first time. She said they basically just had a feast and opened presents. No prayers, nothing special.

I don't really do anything special nowadays.

I think the world you're looking for is 'barren.'

心の中に弱い風が吹いています。

It used to be the weather changing and getting much colder. As well as the small things that really put you in the Christmas mood. Where I used to live it would snow around the end of October, so a white Christmas was something of an inevitability. It used to really put me into the Christmas spirit. Hot chocolate, gift shopping, spending time with friends on break. All that and opening presents on Christmas morning were great. It all culminated to Christmas itself making it a day of elation.

I don't celebrate Christmas but I can definitely feel you there. The holiday spirit is damn high around this time and it just feels good.
