So how do you think life will be 5 years from now? Because these are some techy things right here. I saw this article on Reddit and I just had to share it.

it's just me against the world

Scary? No way man, it's only awesome. I can't wait for this stuff to be available for consumers, and I can't wait for the next batch of the impossible to come out.

"I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle- victorious"

I found the invisibility cloak interesting.

Invis cloak + exoskeleton= supersoldier?

13.72 billion years in the making.

On December 1st, 2012, I met Neil deGrasse Tyson. I shook the man's hand, and even made him laugh. Not much else to do with my life now.

Or you could be a jerk about this, that's another feasible alternative.

Not quite. NASA's Exoskeleton was more like an "Aid" to movement. When you move the suit will help in moving the limb. In Halo MJOLNIR moves by the subject sending the signals to the legs which get intercepted by the neural lace, moving the suit. With NASA's the suit moves with you, MJOLNIR is the one moving you, while you "tell" it to move.

Proud Spartan II, COG soldier, Hero of time, and crowbar wielding scientist.

It was all awesome until 25, with the brain hacking.

But besides that, this stuff can be really useful.

*Invis cloak + exoskeleton + heads-up display = supersoldier. It just wouldn't be a real supersoldier without an ammo count in the corner of their vision.

Admin of Coup D Bungie

PM me any Coup questions you have.

This is pretty cool

I love you

The Quantum Stealth thing looked awesome. With The Pentagon and Canadian military supporting it, it's going to be that much more difficult to harm our troops. (once and if the product is delpoyed for use)

Be not afraid, for the forest nymphs have taught me how to pleasure a women.

Yet still no TARDIS.

iPhone 4S 64GB Black.

They're pretty cool. Of course, every single one of them had multiple threads posted individually on this forum once or twice...

And lol Microsoft.

Is it just me or has none of the stuff in the linked article of OP being mass produced yet and may never be mass-producable? That is one disappointing article. And who cares about a -blam!- diamond planet? We can't mine it cos it's too far away to get to so who cares? And I'm pretty sure that that other stuff isn't mass producable yet. The best thing we've ever invented that is useless is the smart phone particularly the original first model iPhone before the other smart phones came out with touch screens and key-pads and stuff...
