Why buy something at a higher price now when you can get it cheaper if you wait a while?
Yes it is annoying that people don't realize how much work is put into making these kinds of things, but the mentality behind purchasing something will never go away.
If you can't afford $4 you REALLY need to manage your income better or have second thoughts about even having an iPhone/iPod. People these days buying things they can't afford..One could argue that they're managing their money quite well if they don't want to throw away $4 on an iPhone game.
Especially considering how many $8 games are on mobiles.
6.99 is a lot more common. I think a lot of 6.99 games on the app store are good. Modern Combat, Nova, Need For Speed etc etc.
Point is people are being extremely retarded. One could argue that there saving money, but I doubt they really believe that it's worth it.
