I was reading a post on another forum onto why someone wasn't going to by GTA Vice City for iOS until it goes on sale for ¢99. That made me rage. Are people really THAT poor that they have to wait months for an app sale? You can't just spend $5? Before the app store came out, people would've gone ape -blam!- crazy over GTA being $5. Same thing with other apps. I hear people saying nah, I'm not going to pay ¢99 for an app. The developers are greedy. Do they not realize how much it costs to make an official app and how much of a bargain they are getting?

Religion breeds hate

Not Greedy.. Smart!? Why have 5 dollars in their pocket when it could be mine.. Of course I don't really have that mentality on the App store but some people just really want deals aha.

On a related note, ******'s mom has really nice boobs, and it doesn't take much booze or encouragement to get her to let the puppies out of the pen...if you know what I mean...

LMAO

YEAH MAN! WHY DO PEOPLE WANT TO SAVE MONEY???

You do realize more people will buy the game while it's on sale than if it wasn't and the developers would actually make more money?

I'm talking about the people who would wait months to save $4.

Why buy something at a higher price now when you can get it cheaper if you wait a while?

Yes it is annoying that people don't realize how much work is put into making these kinds of things, but the mentality behind purchasing something will never go away.

If you can't afford $4 you REALLY need to manage your income better or have second thoughts about even having an iPhone/iPod. People these days buying things they can't afford..

One could argue that they're managing their money quite well if they don't want to throw away $4 on an iPhone game.

6.99 is a lot more common. I think a lot of 6.99 games on the app store are good. Modern Combat, Nova, Need For Speed etc etc.

Point is people are being extremely retarded. One could argue that there saving money, but I doubt they really believe that it's worth it.

On the Left

Godshatter: I can go all the way with someone without being attracted to them.
CamCamm: How does that work?
Godshatter: I'm easily aroused by anything that moves. It's a curse.
Brain says 'No, that's ugly', body says 'ugly is fine with me'.

I have more than enough money. I understand how much work goes into a well made app.

As for me? I would never pay for an app. Especially out my own pocket. If I get a gift card? I will. But to me, buying an app is pretty dumb imo. I don't need to put money into apps for my phone. Thats why I like Amazon App store deal they have. One free app a day for Android phones. Got some pretty cool apps that I would never have paid for. Id rather buy stuff for my PC.

Yes they do. That's why they wait. Me personally wouldn't care about an app. If I see it on sale I'll buy it if it was as low as $1. But not because I knew before hand and waited for it.

I use my phone a lot brah. I don't see the need of spending $800 on another computer just to play games on a computer with better graphics. I don't even know anybody who games on the PC.
