Les Miserables.

I loved it. It was faithful to both the musical AND the novel, which impressed me. The singing was wonderful, the emotion was phenomenal, and the casting was perfect. I'm eager to see it again.

I saw that movie too, I really liked it and I didn't know anything about it going in.

Last one I saw was Monsters Inc in 3D with the kids, seen it before.

One before that was Life of Pi which I also really liked.

Dark Knight Rises.

It was great, but Bane had a very pathetic death(?) after how much they built him up throughout the rest of the movie.

Oh yeah, spoilers, maybe.

They're mad about the the use of CGI.

Anyone who thinks the movie is bad was expecting it to be tonally similar to The Lord of the Rings. Anyone who had read the book beforehand would know to expect otherwise. Many also think the movie is too long, which I won't disagree with, but this should be expected from a Lord of the Rings film.

World's Greatest Dad. Just saw it for the first time, and loved it. A dark comedy, and hilarious all the way through.
Serenity. The movie follow-up to the 14 episode series Firefly. Just amazing. Watch the show first.

These 2 movies and Firefly are all on Netflix instant, too.

~Thread-killer~

Just got out of the theater from watching Django Unchained, and I must say that's the most enjoyable movie I've seen in quite a while! Quentin Tarantino is epic, and the acting was superb!

A+ Movie all day long. I'd go see it again in a heartbeat.

Battle Royale was poorly executed

Bungie made a series worthy of the Gods, but that does not make them such.

The Hobbit. Well part 1 of the Hobbit. I enjoyed it.
