Subject: The Music of Destiny

I am kind of worrying about the type of music that will be featured in Destiny. The Halo series was known for its awe-inspiring musical scores and the music is something that has definitely stuck with me over the last decade. I am seeing a trend in gaming today with games featuring dub-step heavy music. I don't mind dub-step, but there seems to be no originality. I'm worry that they will either try something over-the-top that sounds bad, or even worse they will release boring, bland music that has been done before. What are your thoughts?

And so the war of Gods and Demons shall begin. Tomorrow will end with your heart in my hand!

Love ya! =3

I don't think that Marty would stoop so low as to put this so-call genre of "Dub-Step" in Destiny.
I have faith that he will do an as amazing job as he did in the Halo games. Perhaps even more so.
And Bungie will probably support whatever music decisions he puts out there.

Besides, if Marty did do some dub-step in Destiny, he of all people could actually make it sound good.

As long as the bnet community has faith I'm fine, but I still want something...bungie has never kept us in the dark for this long.

Well Marty and Mike have never let us down. Also Paul McCartney is somehow involved this time around...

Lock a couple of geniuses in a room. They will birth a masterpiece.

I think marty will pull it off he might even throw 1 or 2 remakes from halo 1-3 because covenant dance and one of the tracks from high charity suite was taken from marathon's leela soundtrack and enternal so since he done that for halo he might do the same with halo music for destiny.

But i think it's safe that marty will make great tracks for destiny, i found Neil Davidge's music very deeply disappointing and mediocre for halo 4.

And i dont think dub step is marty's style i honestly cant see it being a game like destiny.

The only thing one with certainty knows, is that one nothing with certainty knows.

Not even this rule lulz

As long as Marty is still there, there is nothing to worry about.

Marty has never done anything less than amazing.

If there's one thing in Destiny that will, with absolute certainty, be amazing it will be the music.

Survive until the red dawn rises, when we have spilled the blood of our enemies.

Marty knows his music. I have faith that he will make the best music choice for Destiny that he can, I expect nothing less of brilliance from him.
