A lack of evidence doesn't equal a lack of existence.

I never assumed that it does. The burden of proof is on you. Until you actually provide evidence indicating that neural processes aren't the source of human thought, curiosity, and understanding of morality, then you've nothing but a wild conjecture. An argument from ignorance is no proper way to base your position.

Science doesn't solve everything, man. Ever heard of faith? And I'm not talking about religion here.

Faith in what? If you're not being religious, what are you talking about? There's no proof of souls or anything of that nature.

It's called Life Forces! It's scientific!

The point is to love your fellow human being.

In before atheist cynics say that there is no point.

You must be touched in the head. That or you meant to say Nihilist and just misspoke.

It sure as hell solves a lot.

Ever heard of faith?
Belief without evidence?

Yeah, I'm not into illogicality. If you put "faith" into the assumption that a soul exists, that is still an entirely scientific proposal. You've postulated the existence of an inner-unnatural force that propels human nature, despite science, through work in neurology, already having understood what makes humans behave the way they do, how our mind functions.

It's a pointless gesture.

The problem with science people like you is that they think that "proof" is the start-all and end-all. Things can exist without proof of their existence.

Wow... Are you for real or just trolling? Serious question.

Every comment you have made in this thread is just dripping with a false sense of self righteousness derived from religious pretentiousness and a general ignorance of reality.

Nobody knows if there's an Afterlife or not. And it doesn't really have much to do with life, really, since it's the Afterlife.

There's no scientific evidence, only self-taught beliefs, or those handed to you.

But nonspiritually speaking, the point of life is to reproduce and then die.
