Everybody's body is different but other opinions would be appreciated. Should I start doing pullups at the beginning of my workouts or keep on doing them at the end?

This threads definition of pullup: Overhand grip, deadhang and no kicking or other way to make reps easier.

I can do 7 deadhangs a set at the end of workouts. Issue is my forearms give out before my lats do.

Why don't you start with pullups and end with pullups?

It's like you don't even lift. Anywho, like implied, incorperate them into your workout.

I usually do pullups first. I do 3 sets of 15 and then move on to other workouts.

If I want to do more of a workout rather than just conditioning, I'll wear a weight vest and do 2 sets of 15 for each of the three grip styles.

^If you can do 20 with no breaks at a decent pace, then you need to start adding weight.

My friend was an ametuer weight lifter, chiseled like a dang god, he told me to add weight at 7. Problem is I started that 2 months ago and haven't seen results :/

i know everyone says this but honestly doing barbell rows adds a lot of thickness and size to your back. been getting good results with those.

A cheesy turtle.

I can do about 30 overhands without losing my grip. It's more because of my incredibly low body weight than anything though, my arms are as muscular as toothpicks.

Yeah, that's the catch with pull ups. If you weigh too little, then you'll pretty much HAVE to add a weight system of some kind from the start.

Usually I would do them at the start, as its a compound movement. Starting out with pull-ups strengthens your stabilizers before they are tired out.

But that's my opinion, and I don't think there is a wrong answer to this question.
