Subject: BioShock Infinite vs. Metro Last Light

Call me Stu

I'd have to go with Bioshock it's a game I sorely miss and just want a nice proper sequel to a good game.

I don't think I've ever seen a "which game do you prefer" poll so close before.

Online Gaming's pretty much like a zombie movie. There are a lot of mindless idiots roaming around but you find some survivors on the way.

Probably Infinite. I'm not really into either games to be honest.

I like both series but Metro Last Light seems like they are trying to copy CoD style missions with all the scripting, fast paced action, and really overpowered weapons like that machinegun that's just hold the button down and fire. Basically I think there is less of a stealth emphasis this time, and I worry it may be CoD in a nuclear wasteland like Halo is CoD in space. It can be a good or bad thing.

Anyone who says Bioshock has never played Metro before. I mean, cmon, what the hell was that Bioshock 2 crap? That was a horrid game that tried too hard to follow up on one of the most amazing and well done games of all time.

This alone invalidates your response.

Bioshock if you want to just want to have fun, Metro if you want a great story.
If I want a great story I can read a book.
Which Metro has. It makes numerous references to it throughout the game.

Last Light is what I say you should get. Just look at this gameplay OP. That's is the non-stealthy approach to the game though.

Metro: Last Light, easily.

BioShock was amazing, BioShock 2 was alright but it wasn't as good as the first overall.

BioShock was amazing, BioShock 2 was alright but it wasn't as good as the first overall.

When people look at Deus Ex, they look at the original and Human Revolution. They completely overlook Invisible War because it's awful. People need to start doing that with Bioshock 2. They need to realise that Ken Levine, the man behind Bioshock and System Shock 2 was not behind Bioshock 2.

When looking at Bioshock, you need to look at Bioshock and Bioshock Infinite.

I'm legitimately surprised at all the Metro votes. I couldn't get into Metro 2033 at all.

The combat was a bit off, but it was the world, graphics, characters, small little details, and story that amazed me.
