I will own everyone in Halo: Reach

T4R.
I want to know your thoughts, to see if I'm earning some decent money.
Right now I'm earning something like 600 buck per month, or like 130 per week.

Depends entirely on where you live and the cost of living.

Some places it's easy to live on $300/month. Others, you need upwards of $1000.

I like to play Reach for fun. I hate MLG, campers, armor lock, and team killers because they ruin that fun. Deal with it.

If you work a night job and get paid mostly in singles, you're doing it wrong.

If you're working part-time in college, you should be thankful you have any job and have an employer willing to work around your class schedule.

Ah, the internet. Where men are men, women are men, and children are the FBI.

I think im doing pretty good, making $0.00/month, so if you can beat that, you're doing good.

Controlling fission events without incident since May, 2012.

I do just fine on $120 a month. If you have a meal plan and housing there is not much need for more than that.

Depends on if you mean during school or during the summer. As a college student, I already have a job lined up for the summer and the minimum I'd take is $12/hr, which is $480 a week before taxes. There are too many variables such as if you're paying for college yourself, if you're paying for your housing, if you're in a fraternity, et cetera to determine a decent income for a college student.

If you works 30 hours a week you can easily make 1-2 grand a month and be fine. Assuming the college you go to isn't insanely expensive.

30 hours/wk for a total of $2000 means you need to be paid almost $17/hr.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

I live at home, eat at home before I go to class, so my expenses are pretty low.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

Monthly: $600* 12= $7,200
Weekly: $130* 52= $6,760

I think you could live on that much money in a year, but a better job would surely help.

Yeah and college students are over 18 years old. Minimum wage where I'm from is $10, and you can find places that offer starting pay around $12-15 per hour. After working somewhere for 4 years you tend to be making a lil more then you started at.

Also, notice I said 1-2 grand per month. 2 grand would be an example of someone with a good job/internship.

This.

My room, board, and tuition are all paid for, so my 2 on campus jobs (RA in a dorm; TA in a chemistry lab) make me ~$475/month, which is plenty.

Wow, times have changed. When I was working a minimum wage job during college, I was getting paid $6.25. I eventually worked my way up to $7.25..

That was in 2004-2006ish, though.

Don't worry, minimum is still $7.25 where I'm from. Don't know where I have to go to get $10 haha.

Brainwashing, idiotic media: "hur dur, vido gaems cas vilenc n iz nt gud. dey ned 2 b baned."

Logic: Really? Then please explain how there's violence in third world countries. I guess they're all poor due to the large amount of video games they buy.

My college is being payed by my dad's GI Bill when I start going after summer. I also get an E-5's yearly salary for each year I'll stay in school. On top of that, my first two years will be living at home.

Not really pertaining to the OP, so yeah.......
