Get a Restraining order against your OWN parents for being overbearing!!

source

Aubrey is a senior actress at the University of Cincinnati's prestigious College-Conservatory of Music. This fall, she finally had it with her overbearing parents. The school was tired of it, too, having witnessed the odd behavior for years. After Aubrey filed a civil stalking case against them and the judge heard thedetails, he agreed to order Aubrey's parent to stay away.

So what were they doing? The Cincinnati Inquirer has the surprising accusations, which include the parents installing tracking software on Aubrey's electronics.

In other reports that i have read she is a 21 year old, the parents would often tap into her phone calls and is paying for her own cell service.

This is what i think of it
*While 21 is an old enough year where people are going to be by themselves and make their own decisions dont know a lot of things compared to the parents, so the parents might have been trying to protect her

*Since she was paying for her phone, I think it's fair to say that it is her own phone so putting software on it that tracks her movement is illegal in my book

*I really dont think that this is a case of the parents trying to cause her harm, I think its a case of the parents being over protective and overstepping their bounds.

What do you think flood?

Fairly typical for Cincinnati, actually.

The reports and the judge decision revealed that the parents were being compulsive when it came to visiting and controlling her. If it had a clear and present effect on herself, then she rightfully deserved to file a restraining order. They weren't being protective but more so forcefully-observant of her life.

I'm hated by many, but loved by none.

She is going to regret when she's drugged up at a party alone, or getting hassled by some idiot on the street.

The people in this city are crazy. I mean, we still think the Reds have a shot at the World Series!

Your 'beliefs' mean less than dick to me.

That's abuse. The fact that they're her parents doesn't excuse garbage like that. Good on the school for giving her a scholarship after they stopped paying her tuition.

Halo 3 is where the morons of the universe congregates.

I am thinking of an old story. "Three Billy Goats Gruff" (hint the troll dies at the end)

If you had an electron microscope, you still couldn't find the -blam!- I don't give.

I can see this being a problem one day when she has kids.

I can see it now:

"mommy when are we going to see grandma and grandpa?"
"as soon grandpa lifts the death threat on me"

Write a poem about it.

OT: Good for her. I would be really annoyed if my parents were going to those lengths to me. Everyone needs their privacy and it's unfortunate that some people don't get it and step over the line.
