Ahoy thar Flood. Welcome to ACME Spaceships Incorporated.

If you're looking to build and crew a newly built star cruiser today, we have a variety of options for all; for the miner, the trader, the luxury cruiser, and the apocalyptic warlord/pirate!

I see you've got 20,000 credits there, why not spend them all on any of the options below? Pick one of each required item for your ship (apart from weaponry; see below when you get to it).

Crew

"The Miscreants": A crew of 30, with a combined IQ of roughly 200! Trustworthy and dependable! - 500 credits
"Just Graduated": They're fresh from astrovehicular academies from all over the galaxy, ready to serve and have unauthorised relationships! - 1,000 credits
"Audacious": A seasoned crew who've seen a variety of space-borne action. Loyalty is more likely. - 2,000 credits
"Pinnacle": Veterans of their bloodsoaked fields, this elite crew fear no enemy, fear no delivery, fear no...rocks with precious ores. - 3,500 credits

THIS WEEK'S SPECIALTY IN CREWS! "The Floodians": We have no idea how they got onto the ACME Spaceship Workshop considering we're hidden in Kupiter's Belt, and they won't stop arguing over video games, but they're a real keeper of a crew! - 5 credits. Please. Take them.

Starship size

This bit's easy:

Bigger on the inside, I promise: a piddly ship, cramped and sweaty, little room for cargo or anything; don't go looking to fight in this thing. = 0.5 x (your total ship price so far)

Adequately spacious: small, but comfortably so. Nippy for pirates/traders, decent-ish cargo space. = 1 x (your total ship price so far)

Sweet pad, dude: large enough to impress your girlfriend's parents properly. Large cargo space, impressive bridge, good for miners looking to haul in big profits. = 2 x (your total ship price so far)

Overcompensating: you went all out with this, didn't you? At least you're well endowed for once. Massive cargo space, plenty of room for weapons and stuff, a warlord's best friend. = 3 x (your total ship price so far).

------------------

And there you have it! Now you can name your ship, my friend! Now hand over the credits, we're in a galactic recession here.

I like how your sub box is full of science and political videos but your recommendations are full of anime girls kissing each other.

Proud Spartan II, COG soldier, Hero of time, and crowbar wielding scientist.

I buy all of the max things, sell it for more than i'm in debt for, repeat the process until I'm rich, develop a better ship than the max could possible be, then win.
