Without The Flood, I wouldn't know what an opinion is.

Alduin. why?

While wearing full Daedric or full Dragonplate or Dragonscale armor, he may say "Even the Daedra fear me!" (with the Deadric set) and "The Dovah are weak!" (wearing the Dragonplate set). Both are said outside of the Dragon Language and only during the battle on the Throat of the World.

Also, the fact that in the end he destroys the world and it is remade. The problem is that Alduin didn't want to do this but instead rule all Mundus. This is why the divines came up with the Dovahkiin. It's to balance the scale so Alduin doesn't rule Mundus. In turn the world won't be destroyed.

That's what I've gathered from the lore.

I have gone for Dagoth Ur/Akulakhan.

Considering how Dagoth Ur could manipulate the minds of just standard people, all over Vvardenfel, Started the ash storms, caused Corprus, had direct access to the heart of Lorkhan, and a Dwemer made God, it only seems logical that he was the greatest threat to Tamriel.

Also, he is essentially the cause of the red year, as it was him rising up and causing havok in 3rd Era 427, that caused the Nerevaine to have to sunder the heart, causing the tribunal to lose their divine powers, and for their acts to come to light, which caused the love and respect of them to cease, causing Vivec to eventually leave, meaning that the ministry of truth to plummet into Vivec, causing the red year.

Now, look at the effects of the red year, it was one of the biggest catastrophes to date, and combining that with all the other stuff Dagoth Ur was doing, in my opinion he easily wins this.

Well, using your logic of Alduin is the greatest because it took a dragonborn from the line of dragonborns to defeat him, you are actually giving an argument for Dagoth Ur, as with Alduin, one of a line of dragonborns can kill him, whereas there was only one Nerevaine to kill Dagoth Ur.

Alduin. If it wasn't for the dragonborn then he would've destroyed the whole world.

I would have said Cliffracers, but St. Jiub the Eradicator took care of that problem.

Wort, wort, wort!

Dagoth Ur. Because if he succeeded there would be nothing.

You have to understand. Dagoth Ur is dead. He's a god who's dreaming of himself and therefore has his image in the mortal realm. Had he won, everything would have become him. It's messed up, but Dagoth Ur is one bad-ass mother-blam!-. Oh, he also was the best explained character with actual character development rather than the other two. Especially Alduin.

Anyways, here's an edit with a post explaining stuff I would have a hard time explaining.
