Shakes Magic 8 Ball

It gets interesting when you start sharing the room with people you know in your head.

Ignore it, you are perfectly on weight and gorgeous! And everything you do is good!
Really?

Yup, I dont know you, but you cant be THAT bad as the voice tells you!
You should never listen to voices of this kind. You should see a psychologist, they really help you.
I have had so much going on thats not really great and the voice is making everything worse. I'm trying to find a psychologist near me but its taking a while.

Many people have "a little voice" in their head telling them such things. You are by no means alone. It's important to realize that the voice is yours, and to get help. Therapists can help quiet that voice. You aren't crazy.
All the therapists just want to do is talk. But talking doesn't help me. It makes everything worse.
that just means you haven't found the right one who says the right things.

The strange thing is that therapy is more an art, and less a science. Talk to five therapists, and you will get fifteen different opinions.

Now, it's important to realize, that voice is you. You are the one being critical of yourself. You aren't the only one who externalizes this as a voice. Not by a long shot.
I have known the voice is me but I can't shut it up. I have been to like 3 therapists but none of them helped.

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

Well, I am truly sorry you are finding it difficult to find someone to help you. Just know there isn't anything wrong with you. Many, many people do this. You are by no means alone.

it took me a long time to stop doing what it said. I use to starve and some really dumb things that could have really hurt me.

Well, if you managed to stop that, hopefully you can cease the voice, or at lest make it quieter, and not effect you as much.

OP, if anything feel bigger, better than you actually are, although it may come off as rude, it will make you feel better about yourself, and perhaps help lessen the impact the voice has.

So go on OP, start telling us of some of the good features bout your life!

Just remember what I never forget. The voice that matters is yours, not whatever little annoyances run around inside of your skull.

Hence the reason, most any negative voices I hear in my mind I tell to f**k off and stay out of my way.
I try to tell it to go away but it comes back again and again

doesn't mean you have to listen to it.

Honestly its not that simple, eventually you find yourself compulsively following it.

I get voices too and I respond to the voices by usually saying things like "Hey, that's wrong","what did you say to me?" Evil and mean voices but I always ignore them.
