Ignore my gamertag. It's actually Dragonzzilla.

What do you like to hear more (both are playing but one is dominant) when playing online? I would rather have the Soundtrack playing because I can't hear very well anyway and I mostly rely on sight when I'm gaming competitively. Imagine playing Halo 4 with the Arrival Soundtrack playing during the last few minutes... music can enhance gameplay (it does for me) and it breaks the monotony of the usually all too quiet battlefield.

I personally like game sounds better.

Opinions are like butholes. Everyone's got one, nobody wants to hear about it.

I never listen to music when playing games. I prefer to listen to the game sounds itself so I can get a better idea of what's going on around me.

I would like dynamic music that ebbs and flows with the tension. Fast paced in firefights, quiet while being in a sniper-type zone... It would be tough to pull off but I would like it.

Depends, really. If I'm focused and want to win then I'll listen to game sounds so that I have a better idea of want is going on around me. But if I just want to have fun, then I'll listen to various game/movie soundtracks.

Depends on the game. This is going to sound weird, but if a game has nice menu navigation sounds, I'll like it just a bit more. Case in point: Far Cry 3. The environment sounds beautiful. However, music ties it all together. It can make or break a game in some cases. So I'd say a bit of both.

It's like you guys hate immersion.

If I'm being focused or playing multiplayer I would listen to game sounds. More relaxed or singleplayer I'd just listen to whatever music I have.

The system is very clunky. Having music at the wrong times is just as bad as not having it at all.

War Z produces an ambient noise every 3 minutes. But I'd rather hear that than the horrible main theme. Well, the only theme. It's Horrid!!!_.-
