I hope you die in a fire.

I just finished watching it and I thought it was a great movie. I never really got into medieval fantasy with wizards and dragons and whatnot up until recently. I've been playing a lot of Elder Scrolls and watched the Hobbit. What do I do now? I'm thinking of watching the Lotr trilogy, and read the book. Is there anything I should know before I dive into these other films/books? Thanks.

Watch the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

The only LOTR movie I liked was The Return of The King. But I haven't see The Hobbit yet so I don't know.

"And i will show you where the iron crosses grow..."

It's a really great and funny movie, but with such a big cliff hanger that left me wanting more.

There's still mirkwood, smaug and the battle of five armies to come yet, but I will not spoil you with details (unless you want me to)

Way to be technical, he's new and you know what he meant.

Signatures are for little kids.

LOTR sucks, watch the awesome fantasy movie Willow instead.

Willow is awesome, LOTR just ripped it off to try to make money.

Fear my Pink Mist...

"The Hobbit" book leads you into it, but "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" is not the whole "The Hobbit" book.

Be sure to tell everyone how cool you are. If you don't tell them, they won't know.

The only part of the hobbit I didn't like (and I totally forgot he existed) was Golum. Most obnoxious, hard to understand character ever made. His very existence is embarrassing and made me want to leave the theatre.

I know everything, I've just forgotten most of it.

Also, my XBL Gamertag is 'Wenggh', not 'A Stolen Fruit'.

I don't care. Willow was far superior in every way to LOTR.

1. Swordfights were better.

2. Better chase scenes.

3. Better and more hot love scenes.

4. More talented dwarf actor.

5. Better realized fantasy world.

Sure LOTR might have been written before Willow came out, but if Willow had never been made they would never have made the LOTR movies because they wouldn't know that it could be done. Besides, Tolkien anticipated the Willow movie and ripped off it's fantasy universe when he wrote LOTR.

It's in the same universe, and mentioning it with the Hobbit made it super simple to understand, jackass.

Don't judge a book by its cover, unless it has bacon on the cover, then it is a good book.

-Me

The Hobbit was amazing. Saw it with my dad this week, made me want to play Skyrim and watch all the movies at the same time

"I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle- victorious"

If you enjoyed The Hobbit, you'll love the LOTR trilogy.
