Subject: America should go over fiscal cliff *NO POLITICS*

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION ABOUT POLITICS, BUT ABOUT ECONOMY.

There are 3 main solutions right now..
1) keep tax cuts, etc. and likely fall into a rescission, but the the debt IN HALF,
2) repeal everything, keep the country out of rescission, but let the Debt continue to grow
3) everything in-between.

I think the only long term option is 1), or as close to it as possible. With the national debt at over 16 trillion dollars,it has to be dealt with eventually, and now is the time. If left unchecked America will fall in rescission or even depression soon. A minor recession can be dealt with, but not what liklely will occur if the debt is not dealt with.

AGAIN: no political discussion!! This is only economy, and i dont think that falls into politics, but if it does or people go off topic mods lock please.

I tend to agree, cutting everything is pretty much what Canada did in the 90s, and it worked out pretty well for them.

Fear my Pink Mist...

I just want people to get their crap together and get some "get-with-it-ness" so we dont have these problems.

I think if the people of America want all the welfare, we should have to pay for it though taxes, not debt. Just bite the bullet.
