Marley: next time try to be a little for inconspicuous.
John: What do you mean?
Marley: John, we grow lots of gear, right?
John: Yeah loads...
Marley: So try not to come back with a wasted girl and a packet of fertilizer!

people are more likely to take you seriously if you don't use hashtags, spell words correctly (ie blurrrrrrrrr)

However, that said I agree with several of your points, being forced to download updates the size of some games and then having to pay to unlock the content is entirely unfair and in fact is the reason i stopped playing, I simply didn't have the hard drive space to accommodate the game anymore, not that I bought any of the updates that were shoved down my throat anyway.
Again, 'civilian' admins being able to boot people is an absurd feature and not once did I ever see it implemented effectively and in the spirit of the game (i'm not saying it doesn't work, just drawing on my own experiences).
The idea that the game's graphics are useless because of the blurring effect when bullets hit you/zing past is completely absurd, it's such a momentary thing and if your screens blurring because you're in a gunfight I'd be more concerned about killing the other guy, not that the blur really diminished the graphics in my opinion, the resolution isn't reduced.
I actually thought the game was a refreshing change from call of duty with the alternate loadout system, sprawling and beautiful maps and vehicles. However, that's just my opinion and you're entitles to yours. Not much more I can say on that.
I don't think it's a bad thing that DICE can alter more aspects of the game than might be expected and the example you gave is so insignificant that in my opinion it's irrelevant. It's not like they reduced a sniper rifle's clip, when the ammo really counts. If you're actually using the last four bullets in a magazine then you're dangerously low on ammo and therefore about to die or you're panic-firing and therefore about to die.
I have absolutely no problem with a 24-player cap, that's more than enough people for me but obviously again that's opinion.
note: I shouldn't have to state that almost everything I say is my opinion but people still can't get that fact into their heads.
