Subject: Marvels The Avengers vs The Dark Knight Rises. which should i buy?

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

Both are good movies, but I found Marvel's Avengers a more fun movie. The Dark Knight Rises took itself too seriously for a comic book movie.

And going into the dark knight rises, my only exposure to Bane was through Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, both games he had very little screen time, so arguably I knew just as much about Bane as I did Loki.

So you're an ignorant fanboy. Congrats.

Oh please, explain.

Because you know about neither.

Loki is like the Joker of the Marvel universe. I won't lie. He was pretty lame in The Avengers, but that's because it as all apart of his plan. He don't want to appear as a threat.

Dark Knight Rises for epicness

Avengers for hilarity and 'splosions.
This is accurate.

But the Dark Knight Rises is just too awesome. Get it.

Well then congrats to him, his plan worked. Because he wasn't a threat in any way. He just seemed like a winy child who wants power. And yes I'm aware of his back story regarding adoption, but still.

And how does not knowing much about either make me a fanboy?

Exactly. Too bad Simba wasn't here, he knows.

That's not what makes you a fanboy, it's the fact you hype TDK to be the best movies ever to exist when we all know it was The Lion King. Derp.

I don't think I can take you as serious anymore...

Good, because I never took you serious in the first place. You're an obvious TDK fanboy.

If you can't admit they're both good, then you're opinion is biased. Like every other TDK fanboy.
When did I say the Avengers is bad? I'm just able to point out its flaws. Nothing is perfect.

Problems with TDKR:
Anti-climatic Death
Bane suddenly being a side enemy
John Blake shouldn't be Robin.
Bruce's back got fixed with a simple punch.

See, I pointed out both movies flaws.

Oh no.. that's fine. They both have their flaws. I think they're both equally as good, but for different reasons. I don't think either is more superior than the other.

So liking a trilogy makes me a fanboy. Derp. You know maybe I would be a fanboy if I said the avengers was awful, which I never did. You're just assuming I think it's bad.

Fatman you're just as big of a DC fanboy as big as I'm a Marvel fangirl.

You've actually said this loads of times. How am I? ;D

Cuz I know you brahhh. You're a fanboy.

What you saying brahhhhhh? For a DC fanboy, I sure do have a hard time naming a dc super hero outside the justice league.
Not even the DC characters from Teen Titans and Watchmen?

I'm afraid it was. You can yell all you want, but it had a masked hero pulled from a comic book.

Sure, it was supposed to be the realistic representation of that hero, but its from a comic book hero nonetheless.

"War is the science of destruction."

The Dark Knight Rises for epicness.

The Avengers for fun & laughs.

So,IMO TDKR wins.
