Subject: Do Dreams Mean Anything

Do you believe that dreams can have a meaning/purpose to them, or do you believe that dreams are coincidence at best, or meaningless? What is your stand point on dreams.

My signature is rather loopy and elegant... I don't see a way to replicate this in text form. Do italics work? Yes, they do

Fun fact: Dreams are made by the imagination centre of the brain. Nightmares are made by the part controlling memory.

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

As in do dreams predict the future? Lolno.

But I would bet that they do shed insight on your individual psychological condition.

Yes. They can.

Some dreams mean you have been chosen to live like a windrammer as you -blam!-. Others just mean nothing except you should stop drooling on your pillows.

Dreams only have meaning when you give them meaning.

I just want to note that my dreams have an eerie way of coming true to some extent. Maybe I subconsciously let it happen.

Excerpt from HowStuffWorks

So what are dreams? Strictly speaking, dreams are images and imagery, thoughts, sounds and voices, and subjective sensations experienced when we sleep. This can include people you know, people you've never met, places you've been, and places you've never even heard of. Sometimes they're as mundane as recalling events that happened earlier in the day. They can also be your deepest and darkest fears and secrets, and most private fantasies. There's no limit to what the mind can experience during a dream and really no rhyme or reason to what you end up dreaming about. Stresses in waking life can manifest in dreams plainly or be cleverly disguised with imagery. For instance, a dream about a grizzly bear chasing you through your house could be the stress you feel about the relationship with a friend. A dream about being stuck inside of a room with no door might echo your feelings about a dead-end job.

Also the AR is actually good in CQB now and no longer a glorified baseball bat.

I dream of Jeanie.

Nah, not really, but if they meant something for me then something would probably have come of my reoccurring dream about rescuing a girl in grade school from something in our garden.

Unto the Fray we go

For the most part, a dream is meaningless. Something your mind creates to keep itself occupied while you slumber.

But sometimes, a dream may give me a snapshot of the future, usually a year or so in advance.

Brainwashing, idiotic media: "hur dur, vido gaems cas vilenc n iz nt gud. dey ned 2 b baned."

Logic: Really? Then please explain how there's violence in third world countries. I guess they're all poor due to the large amount of video games they buy.

I beg to differ. Once I lost my Gamecube memory card, had a dream about finding it under some clothes, and the next morning I do so.

I am the God Emprah of Mankind.

Deal with it.

I thought so after I had a long series of dreams where the events that occurred in the dream later happened in real life.

Then I had a dream where my dad killed my mom and ran off, which traumatized me. Surprise, nothing happened. Next dream, nothing, and so on and so on.

It seems to be random, some might shed insight on the future very clearly. Others may vaguely hint at something similar to the dream.

If you want to keep track and find a pattern, write what your dream was about every morning. Yes, everyone has dreams every single night.
