It's impossible to say, seeing as how nobody has lived to tell. But my belief is that, if there is, it certainly won't be "you" who goes on to live that life. I don't believe that there is a "you" inside you right now. Look deep down. Meditate on it. There is no center. You have no soul. You have no fixed essence. You are an ever-changing, amorphous bag of bones and organs and beliefs, one of which is the belief that something about you is continuous.
With that said, because there is no real, eternal, essential "you" (in other words, no soul), I believe the question is flawed when you ask, "Do you believe that you will live again after death"--though I know you didn't phrase it that way. There is no "you" or "I" right now, except for our attachments to the existence of them, so they certainly can't persist into the beyond.
