Alright I know its fun to mess around do whatever you want in campaign. But don't you think they could give the user a sense of urgency to move along and advance in the level. Instead of messing around. To where like people die because your having too much fun stacking vehicles or whatever your doing? Maybe on Easy and Normal it can be like it always has. But in Heroic and Legendary. You have to move along or people die, you fail objectives and possibly fail a mission or two.

Dudes, remeber the end of MAW? With the warthog and everything! that was Fantastic! It's like the best part of the whole game, especially when you're playing with a friend and screaming the whole way.

No. I am not talking about beat the clock. I am talking about opportunities and things that happen while you just sit there. Like if you advance quicker and do what your suppose to. You can save more of your men and make it easier on you as you try to advance.

yes, the timer on the maw was fun because it was the only one in the game.

if every mission was timed, it would take that uniqueness away and would just get annoying, and there would be some levels that were nearly impossible to beat soley because of the timer and that would be really annoying

Yes but there needs to be something said. I mean god forbid we meet up with cortona. But if we did, she could be like HEY DUMB ASS. its time to get moving! PEOPLE ARE DYING!

it is already in the game, like when you have the marines with you at the beginning of outskirts, if you sit there and let them do the fighting, they will die, but if you help them then some will survive

Yes, that is the kind of thing I am talking about. But there are parts of the game where you can just sit there and so nothing. YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE SAVING TEH WORLD. You know what I mean, make me stress a little. Like I need to get past the part. Do something wicked cool, blow the enemy away and save the damsel in distress

once again this is already in the game, like when on cairo station cortana says "hey chief we have to go faster, the bomb is about to blow!" or something like that. but it would be pretty funny if she called you a dumbass

Even better, what if chief said stuff back. Like whos the dumb ass dumbs ass. Only in his totally awesome voice.

that does make sense, but it could work if, for example, you beat a specific part and then a massive wave of enemies came at you from behind, making retreat the only way out, pushing you into the next part.

Thats a great point. If you wont move along. Being forced to move along would be tight. And think about it
WHEN HAVE YOU EVER RETREATED IN HALO??? It would be something totally new and would throw of the player, like, they are coming too fast. I need to run for my life.
