I just sort of...go through the motions with them and end up just sitting around watching netflix all day...am I just going to stop finding video games fun?

I like how your sub box is full of science and political videos but your recommendations are full of anime girls kissing each other.

Just Zoid being Zoid ^_^

No, you're just playing bad games

Play Bioshock or some other RPG with a great story.

I use a signature because I can

I'm in the same phase my friend. I literally just look at my games and get bored. End up playing happy wars for a couple games and then just turn my xbox off.

90% of my games are shooters.

If I ever see anyone post in a thread "That's your opinion", I immediately lose all respect for them.

Also, if you're discussing a topic with me and you resort to name calling, pull "life checks", or just call anything you don't agree with retarded without giving legitimate reasons, don't expect me to take you serious in anyway what so ever.

There's your problem. Gotta diversify your collection.

Well there's your problem. After you play enough of them, they basically are all the same thing. Halo, Call of Duty, Battlefield, Counter Strike, they all are basically the same.

Switch to a different genre.

NON FACET NOBIS CALCITRARE VESTRUM PERNǢUM

if you've kinda burnt out from shooters give an RPG a try. The change of pace and playstyle could reinvigorate you.

PLAY THE WALKING DEAD! Sorry for the caps lock, but I just finished and it was awesome!

心の中に弱い風が吹いています。

Same here. I've been playing Skyrim a lot lately, but when I look at games coming out this year I just can't help but want to give most a pass this year.

  • 01.01.2013 12:36 PM PDT

You're growing out of them. I only find them fun now when I'm playing with friends. I used to love single player games, now I almost exclusively play multiplayer. Although, sometimes I do get into a single player game (most recently Borderlands 2 and Skyrim), I am almost always in a party or a skype call with friends.

So, you're just growing out of them. Don't worry about it.

You are in a perfect situation slowly burn yourself out of video games and get a more productive hobby.

  • 01.01.2013 12:37 PM PDT

If you're here then that means you're either trying to find my fileshare or trying to see what my rank is to make fun of me for being a low rank

Mock me all you want, Halo isn't my life and that shows in my record

Keep in mind you're the one making fun of me for a fictional rank in a video game than has no meaning

Play a game in a genre that you normally wouldn't play

I suggest the older Devil May Cry games, Zone of the Enders, or Metal Gear Solid

I know what you mean. I rarely play video games anymore and just don't seem to get the same level of entertainment from them as I used to.

So...I should try playing games in a genre I haven't ever played before...worth a shot.

  • 01.01.2013 12:47 PM PDT

I know my ways. So just stay back.

Get some new and good. Hopefully that helps.

Invest in a large RPG game, and aim at doing absolutely everything!

~:O>~~

This 'phase' started happening to me a long time ago... there came a point where 'wasting my time' got really boring, I'm so glad I have a girlfriend.

  • 01.01.2013 1:14 PM PDT

Try an RPG. Anything from Bethesda would work.
