Here's a picture of the salad I have this meal I just ate. I picked it up because it looked healthy. Now, looking at the ingredients I'm afraid I may have exceeded my caloric intake for the day! I had for breakfast, two eggs cooked in a pan with pam cooking spray. I had a bowl of oatmeal with the eggs, like I do almost every morning. 500 calories in total. A couple hours later after a 9 mile, fast paced run, I had two bananas, an apple and a glass of (sweetened) almond milk. all together I count that as 500, so 1000 all together so far. Later I had a sweet potato with one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and two chicken breasts. I count that as 750 calories. So 1750 all together, so far.
So, in comes this salad. It apparently has olive oil. I really hate eating food blindly, not knowing what the calorie count I mean. I'm 18, 6'2, 160-165 pounds (due to natural fluctuation), male. I run an average of 27 miles a week.
What i'm concerned about is this salad may be over 500 calories, and I don't have room for any venison roast I was planning to have for dinner. My plan was for 2500 calories today. I want to know how many calories were in this salad (my salad was actually .8 pounds). Please help!
