Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.
Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

Its a draw.
Both are unkillable, and have no theoretical end to their strength. Doomsday will keep making Hulk madder and madder until he finally kills him. Doomsday will regenerate, immune to that power level, causing hulk to get madder and madder, until he finally kills him...rinse and repeat.
Or Doomsday just beats Hulk into submission. It's happened several times in the past and Doomsday is like Hulk to fiftieth power. Its happened rarely in the past, the only two times I can remember is The Void and Black Bolt's Master Blow.
He recovered from both.
And Zeus beating the -blam!- out of him. And Starks satellite. And Thanos. And Superman if you want to count the crossovers as canon.
And he's recovered from all of them. Arguably, only Zeus had that capability to keep him down, though Hulk may have been sacrificing himself.
Hulk is un-killable. So is Doomsday. Both get stronger with no top end.
Ergo, the battle goes on forever.
