Nope, Hulk does just fine in the vacuum of space. He fought Godseye, a SHIELD orbital weapon for a long while, and it was stated quite clearly he adapted to space.
Vacuum is not a problem. And until something is shown showing Doomsday throwing something from Earth into the Sun, he can't do it.
Seeing as how his strength is infinite I think it's safe to assume he could. Or, if not into the sun, then into space, pretty much sending Hulk really, really far away. And Hulk can't adapt new powers like Doomsday can. Apparently. I only have the DC wikia's word on that last bit.
While Doomsday can adapt to new powers, he hasn't been shown throwing anything strong enough to break orbit. Therefore, Hulk will come back down. Angrier.
And Doomsday will still be stronger, because it doesn't matter how angry Hulk is, his strength still isn't infinite.
