I keep on getting in conversations with a person who calls me John.

Yeah. Anyone remember Microsoft's most controversial easter egg? A Doom-like first person-perspective "game" without any weapons, or enemies. Just narrow hallways, little decorations, windows without panes, looking outside you see red skies. It gave me some nightmare fuel for sure, the empty hallways, red skies, etc. Like something you'd find in a creepypasta, and many thought Bill Gates was the antichrist or something. When really all it was, was a special thanks for the development team. Crazy how we can think of how disturbing stuff is when we can't take it at face value. Though the name still disturbs me a little...

Per Audacia Ad Astra

Awesome! Put 'Microsoft easter egg' in the title because 'Hall of Tortured Souls' sounds like a crappy medieval game for fat bearded basement nerds.

Real account.

If you assign every letter of the alphabet a number, a is 1, b is 2, etc., and you take all of the values of the word "MATH", and add them, you get 42. So math is the meaning of life, the universe, and everything.

Reminds me of Doom for some reason.

Remember those times when we all had something better to be doing, but didn't do it? Those were good times. Gooood times

I remember hearing about it... never owned a copy of the program though
