Australia pulls host over USA fyi

Can you imagine the day this game is actually announced?

I mean, the Internet just about pissed itself unconcious over the whole gamescom thing.

Will there be a majestic triumph of a trailer after a pile of dancing crap next e3? A subtle announcement out of the blue? Will we just wake up one day and it see it in steam? Will it even ever come?

Discuss the endless possibilities for the announcement of this inevitably amazing game.

I would be pretty indifferent, overrated series tbh. Just like every other game series made by Valve.

the only problem i have with mine is that it's unstable,[very shakey],so you'd need a tripod for it.

If ever, I'm sure the internet will physically destroy itself.

But at the moment, all we can hope for is Soon(TM).

If Half Life 3 is being developed it will be leaked long before Valve officially announces it.

They really can't live up to the hype now. They should just leave it alone and let the series pass into video game legend.

Sadly, this will probably happen. Just look at Destiny.

If you're passionate about the thing you're talking about, I'll always lend an ear.

The longer the game takes to come out the less interested people will become. There was a prime time that peaked with H-L3 interest a couple years back that would have been golden. But now it's just public indifference till any news of it comes out and only then the long-term fans may be the only one who actually care.

Steam has a lot of users and I'm sure Valve will find a way to incentivise them all to buy it.

It's been over 5 years since episode 2 came out. 4 years ago it should have been Half Life 2: Episode 3 but now it's getting to the point of ridiculousness.

Valve is keeping to their tradition of not being able to count to 3.

Yeah, I know. I'll probs end up buying it as well. But that will be due to steam sales and all that long after the game decide to come out.

Online Gaming's pretty much like a zombie movie. There are a lot of mindless idiots roaming around but you find some survivors on the way.
