Thanks for reading my signature!

You know the kind, things like Dropbox or 4shared. Who looks at the download speed comparison between the Free and Premium service, and decides they should actually sign up for ulta speed on their 2mb download?

Why the hell would anyone buy into it?

Life is a journey, if you spend all of it with your nose in your map, you may miss some of the best parts.

I don't.

Most of what I say is sarcasm, the rest is of the highest intellect.

Probably night clubs buy it for sheer volume of stuff they download.

That's all I've got.

Well I made a 4shared because that is the only way to download any of their files, but it didn't work anyway unfortunately.

The Internet is an empowerment tool that's agnostic; it doesn't care about race, gender, or age.

I've "signed-up" for Dropbox, but it's not the premium version. I still had to sign-up though. I don't know why anyone would pay to use these sites, unless it was necessary.

I have a dropbox account but I don't pay for any extra features, I just use the free ones. During college it was much easier to transfer files between me and professors/colleagues. Also much easier than having to think about a flashdrive on your keys everywhere you go.

Best of all, there's an app for it on your phone.

Well, here we are. I guess that it was destined to come to this.

Let's see, I have Dropbox, Skydrive, Google Drive and use them all for various needs.

Free online storage where I can set permissions and share data? I don't mind signing up for something free that I have a use for.

Please do not send me group invites.

The better question is why WOULDN'T you use Dropbox and the like? They're fantastic services. I use Dropbox and Google Drive daily.

Without The Flood, I wouldn't know what an opinion is.

I doubt people sign up for the download speed. Most people want that massively increased data capacity. For Dropbox the difference is 2GB for a free user, and 100GB for the lowest premium rate. The price works out to about $8.25 a month.

Doesn't seem as awfully unreasonable as OP makes it out to be, IMO.

I'm talking about paying for it. Dropbox offers its premium service without 20sec timers on downloads, great value at $10 a month.

There's a “U” and “I” in union but just an “I” in my beliefs

I just find a different site.
